LeichtUSA was founded by Shimon and Oranit Garibi in their basement. Oranit serves as the COO and HR lead, holding a bachelor's degree in human research and managing a team of engineers, architects, and interior designers who are dedicated to delivering highly professional and original work that surpasses the industry's highest standards.

Shimon, who studied at the Israeli Institute of Technology, is responsible for designing and contracting over 50 showrooms across North America and Canada. His portfolio includes the design of Milan exhibits, KBIS, residential homes, kitchens, and bathrooms in Israel, Europe, and the United States. Since 1993, Shimon has created thousands of award-winning designs for high-end cabinetry, kitchens, and bathrooms. LeichtUSA is the exclusive distributor of Leicht kitchen, Germany's top-rated cabinetry line, in North America.
